This Schedule shows the Bookings and Changovers for Hall Walk Cottage, highlighting when Boutique Retreat GUESTS are due to stay (MILK needs to be left) and when the cottage is to be used by owners or friends, when we do not want milk to be left.
The system is configured to send an EMAIL when a new booking/changeover is created. ON receipt, please confirm that the date is OK and in your diary!
An SMS Reminder is sent 1 day before the changeover date AND a further Email Reminder on the day of the changeover to ask if all went well. Please RESPOND to these text messages and emails to confirm!
